Any one know any good freq's for the North West of the UK?

I'll go and get my uniden now and copy the frequencies in it here.
Most of them are quite active although I haven't updated my mil air banks for a few months, I'll probably do a new sweep for a day or two on auto search next week so I'll update my new active findings here but I listen in a lot and this should be a good starter for you.

OK, here we go.
Sorry I don't have a list of allocations for these, these are all frequencies that I've monitored over the past year so have been active.
The busiest times are in the morning, if you listen form 9.00am tomorrow (Monday) morning your sure to pick up a lot.......
